OBAL Program Open House – #OBALBeyondBarriers – Making a Local & Global Impact

Tonight was our inaugural program event, Open House at McClymonds High School.  I want to

congratulate

 our 2nd Vice President of Programs Radonna Scott and our Facet Chairs:  Marsha Peterson (ITS), Alexis Smith (ITS), Loraine Binion (The Arts), Lauren Jennings (STY), Valarie Kelly (NTS), Kelly Johnson (NTS), Regina Shields (HHS) & Kimberley Goode (HHS) for an awesome “kick-off” to our Program #OBALBeyondBarriers – Making a Local and Global Impact.

There were 20 McClymonds students in attendance, they were happy we were back and we are excited to begin our relationship with these girls!  There were some familiar faces from last year and quite a few new faces.  Five of the Fly Girl Graduates attended and share what they are doing now, what they liked best about our program last year and the impact we had on their lives.  They are great Ambassadors for our OBAL programming!
