Publication For Cotillion

 

The funds raised from our publication sales support our community service programs and scholarships. All proceeds benefit The Links Foundation, Incorporated. Publications are compiled into a beautifully crafted Souvenir Journal that serves as a memorable keepsake.

 

Reminders:

  1. The Souvenir Journal is printed in color. Ads submitted in color will be printed in color. Black and white ads will be printed as submitted.

  2. All publications (ads) must be submitted in portrait mode using the specifications listed below.

  3. Publications and payment must be submitted at the same time.

 

All publications must be submitted by September 30, 2025.

Publication Measurement Specifications

 

  • A standard page = 8-1/2” x 11”

  • For a full page publication, deduct 1⁄2” inside/outside margins and top/bottom margin

  • A FULL PAGE PUBLICATION IS 7-1/2” X 10” (width x length) Cost $400.00 (includes Eventbrite Fee)

  • For a 1⁄2 page publication, deduct 1/2” (for the Debs name located in the center of the page)

  • A HALF PAGE PUBLICATION IS 7-1/2” X 4-3/4” Cost $200.00 (includes Eventbrite Fee)

  • For a 1⁄4 page publication, deduct 1/8” for width (for the divider between 1⁄4 page ads)

  • A QUARTER PAGE PUBLICATION IS 3-11/16” X 4-3/4” Cost $125.00 (includes Eventbrite Fee)
